Copper (glaze) has a slightly rough texture, a sparkling expression like a mineral, and a simple but detailed form. Copper has a unique presence.

But after much experimentation, this beautiful fluctuation of blue and purple happened in the kiln. There is a secret story about the birth of ceramic art that makes dejection a pleasure.”
