Shipping

Orders are shipped Wednesday and Fridays (excluding Holidays) through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

All international orders are subject to customs duties and are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, packages are subject to delays due to customs offices.

Returns

To request a Return Authorization, you must contact info@shopcounterspace.com within 7 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging and/or tags.

Liabilities

Counter-Space is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the utilized carrier in the event of a lost or damaged package. To request insurance on your package, please contact info@shopcounterspace.com before placing your order.
